Nu este o metaforă, ci o realitate a cercetării de teren. Arhiva este memoria externă a unei națiuni, iar în cazul Dobrogei, cheia înțelegerii noastre se află adesea în documentele scrise cu caractere arabe. Fără „spoilere”, vă spun doar atât: adevărul are răbdare.

This is not a metaphor, but a reality of field research. The archive is the external memory of a nation, and in the case of Dobrogea, the key to our understanding often lies in documents written in Arabic script. No spoilers, but I will say this: truth is patient.
